We are a managed services provider — an outsourced IT administrator for your business. Services include full IT management, consulting, and helpdesk support, along with additional services like backup and disaster recovery, email virus and spam filtering, and other custom services.

It's not required to be a managed client, but our managed clients are our highest priority. If not a managed client, you agree to pay full support pricing on an hourly basis with a minimum 1 hour charge. Please contact us for current support rates.

If you're a managed client, you can submit a support ticket right from the innoVISION icon in your system tray. Our support team is also available by phone during business hours. Please call the main office and press option 1 for support. You may also email the support team with the email address provided to your company's primary contact.
